Vacancy: IT OFFICER / ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:  

  • Assist users in daily hardware & software problem
  • Propose, improve and enhance the Company operation and business process leveraging new software, infrastructure in information technology
  • To work with operation support services and vendor to configure and reconfigure or develop application that meet the company business requirement
  • To assist in ERP implementation, lead role or partial role
  • Interface & participate in all other management process such as:-
  • project and change request management
  • configuration management
  • security management
  • mid-term planning
  • To design and conduct education classes for new users and advance classes for current users to enhance user skills in applications
  • Maintain, update and corroborate with finance department on computer asset and software licensing in compliance with software agreement. 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in computer relevant studies
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferably in ERP software environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Preferred  skill(s): General Helpdesk support in: Basic network management, Email, MS Office (XP-2010), antivirus
  • Candidate with knowledge or experience in Crystal Reporting, software development will be added advantage
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken. Able to understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Person with an organized personality, able to work independently with minimum supervision under dateline
  • Possessed own vehicle.
  •  Outstation duties are sometimes required within short notice
