Responsibilities:

  • Carry our recruitment and orientation of new recruits.
  • Update and maintain Personal files.
  • Handling employees disciplinary issues.
  • Monitor employee attendance in the system.
  • Assist in payroll related matter.
  • To handle ISO/HSE related documentation and filing.
  • Any others Administration related matters.

Requirements:

  • Required skill(s): Employment Act 1955, Counseling & Coaching Skill.
  • Min Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Able to multi task in a challenging environment.
  • Posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively coach, lead and motivate team.
