Responsibilities:
Carry our recruitment and orientation of new recruits.
Update and maintain Personal files.
Handling employees disciplinary issues.
Monitor employee attendance in the system.
Assist in payroll related matter.
To handle ISO/HSE related documentation and filing.
Any others Administration related matters.
Requirements:
Required skill(s): Employment Act 1955, Counseling & Coaching Skill.
Min Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
Able to multi task in a challenging environment.
Posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively coach, lead and motivate team.
